Completed MSc in the lab. Worked on reconstructing ancient DNA methylation from non-USER treated samples. Currently in the US.
Completed MSc in the lab. Worked on the recontruction of DNA methylation patterns of entire populations using pooling of low-coverage samples.
Completed PhD in the lab, under a joint supervision with Prof. Benny Yakir from the department of Statistics at the Hebrew University. Worked on molecular evolution in the Levant. Lily remained in the lab for another year as a postdoc, and is currently a postdoc in the lab of Prof. Noah Rosenberg in Stanford.
Completed PhD in the lab, under a joint supervision with Prof. Sebastian Kadener at Brandeis University. Worked on circular RNAs.
Completed PhD in the lab. Worked on splicing regulatory elements and Alu elements. He is currently working as an algorithm development team leader at Samsung semiconductor Israel R&D center.
Completed PhD in the lab, under a joint supervision with Prof. Ariel Darvasi. Worked on splicing prediction. Noa is a senior lecturer at the Azrieli College of Engineering in Jerusalem.
Completed PhD in the lab. Worked on paleoepigenetics. David is a senior lecturer in Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel.
Did a postdoc at the lab, after completing a PhD in physics. Guy was responsible for developing the Gene ORGANizer web-server.
Completed PhD in the lab, under a joint supervision with Prof. Moein Kanaan from Bethlehem University. Fouad worked on detecting the genetic basis of Mendelian diseases. In addition, Fouad studied genetic features that trigger nonsense-mediated mRNA decay, as well as patterns of codon usage bias. Currently, Fouad is bioinformatician at Medical Genetics Institute in Shaare Zedek Medical Center.
Completed MSc in the lab, under a joint supervision with Prof. Ran Nathan from the Hebrew Univesity. Liran used dd-RAD sequencing to study the genomics of three great white pelican populations.
Completed PhD in the lab. Led the project examining the functional roles of the eukaryotic inton-exon gene architecture. Currently, she is Responsible AI Leader at IBM ANZ in Melbourne, Australia.
Completed MSc in the lab, under a joint supervision with Prof. Giora Simchen. Matan worked on characterizing the rate of mutations in yeast meiosis, their relations to recombination events and to trans-lesion polymerases. Currently, he is a bioinformatician at Evogene.
Completed MSc in the lab. Worked on U12 evolution and on DNA evolutionary rates within and outside of nucleosomes. Currently, he is a software engineer at Cybereason.
Completed MSc in the lab. Worked on several projects aimed at understanding NMD activation in mammals. Currently she logo_University in Canada.
