Data produced by the Carmel lab

Files required to run RoAM examples
Bone2 is a present-day human bone sample for which DNA methylation was measured using whole-genome bisulfite sequencing (WGBS). The data is provided in two formats: as an mmSample object dump, and as a Bismark file.
CpG coordinates is the pickled python object that contains the coordinates of the CpG position in hg19.
